A booking fee of 50% must be received to confirm and secure your reservation. The remaining 50% is payable 30 days before the commencement of your safari.
All confirmed bookings & amendments must be sent to Mpasinai Tours and Adventures in writing.
If a cancellation notification is received by 36 days prior to the commencement of a tour, a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation notification is received within 35 to 15 days prior to the commencement of a tour, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
If a cancellation notification is received within 14 to 3 days prior to the commencement of a tour, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation notification is received within 2 days prior to the date of commencement of a tour, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
We will utilize deposits submitted to pay for such cancellation charges and will refund to the Client all unused payments.
In the event that the Client requests for an amendment for a tour, we will endeavor to make such alterations with minimum or nil penalties, however the client will at all times be liable to any unavoidable subsequent amendment charges.
NB: The above policies however differ with different hotels; we will advise in case of any changes.
